Background

I grew up in a mid-size city in Central Europe. Numbers were of interest to me even as a child - largely independently of any instruction from teachers or parents to investigate such topics.

I studied statistics at university. My focus was on the mathematics behind probability - applying it to situations with incomplete information. My dissertation investigated the concept of variance.

My interest in slots and RTP developed from a frustrating experience with playing slots online. A friend of mine and I frequented the same slot machine at two different casinos. Over a period of several months, the results of the slots differed. Upon investigation, the reason was found to be the different RTP configurations implemented by each casino for the slots.

Following this discovery, I began to investigate the RTP configurations used by different slot machine providers. The differences between the RTP settings for certain slots ranges to over 4% between the highest and lowest configurations.

This site was developed as a means of making it possible to compare the RTP that each casino implements into each of the slots that I track. The figures are updated should a casino change the RTP configuration for a slot. While I take no position on whether or not individuals should gamble, those who do should be aware of the return rates for the slots that they play.
